Excellent location and good transport facilities offered by the hotel. A slow restaurant service was the only thin that stopped me from giving full marks. Well mannered staff and fast room service. Keep it up.

Firstly donot get carried away with the name. It is a Hotel not a resort. There are no ammunities in this hotel. But provides good service & good food. I stayed at this hotel with my family for 3N from May 04 to May 07, 2013. Highlights: Neat & clean room, courteous/friendly staff, nice view from balcony, reasonably priced & clearly defined cancellation policy, reasonably priced room service (food menu) Low-lights: Tap water was yellowish/stinking, WC flush was giving problem, no garden/lawn/children play area, breakfast is OK

Got a nice tree canopy view from the balcony. The hotel staff were friendly enough. Ran into 1 or 2 minor issues and was resolved immediately by the staff. The hotel is about 2 kms from Kodaikanal lake. The area is calm and faces a mountain. Ample parking place is available for vehicles but if you do not have your own vehicle then commuting to lake may be a problem. Food was quite tasty. Hotel is at nice place, deluxe room is good, staff attitude is very good & friendly, room service food is sooo good. One bad thing is, Bathroom is small & we got yellow water suddenly, we waited for few hrs to get good water. Unless untill they fix this watter issue, i dont thnk of staying there again.

We had a nice stay here.Since most travellers would have their own transport its ok,otherwise a bit far from the markets and eateries.The food served was good.We were unable to get hot water in the evening and had to make a few requests for it.

I really liked the stay here and the view from balcony was excellent ! Breakfast was too good. Staff was courteous. We spent 1 day and 1 night here. Location is very calm away from the noise of the city. Its a cool place.
