we arrive in amritsar our driver pick up from the airport when we reach in hotel they heartly welcome with flower neck less and they offer welcome drink also all staff are very kind rooms are great we like room services with in 10 minutes they provide us as over order we reccomend to other tourist also for this hotel

Last year I went to Golden temple with my family and then we stayed in this Hotel. Hotel is good with reasonable price, in fact Amritsar itself is a very cheap place. This Hotel made the arrangement for us to drop to Golden Temple and then to Bagha Border, we have a good day staying in this Hotel

We chose this hotel because of its approachability from the bus stand. However it was not a good decision as the hotel's condition is very poor. Being a govt owned hotel, there is very careless attitude of the staff.. Service is very poor and I would not recommend this to anyone..

This is one city where the warmth of the people will overshadow any 3 or 4 or 5 star hospitality.
