The hotel has a good location, near Tata tea museum and good view from the room. It is a clean hotel but I feel the rooms need refurbishing.. It has very old furniture with very basic facilities. Choose only tea garden view room. Good decent rooms with nice balcony views. Staff is rigid on their service charter and don't bother to listen to customer requests...avoid taking dinner here as they lacks taste and variety. More
