The staff do their best, but the rooms are dark, not clean, and very noisy! Furthermore, hot water was only available for a very short time period in the morning, and only a very small quantity was disposable. The hotel is situated just as you enter Munnar, the area is not very crowded. The hotel rooms provides you an amazing view of a old british church. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. the rooms are unclean, cold and lacks proper lighting. Do not go there..and their restarent name call annapoorna but in night time the are preparing. non veg also. More

hotel is just average as room are quite small but its ok. Help desk is good, restaurent in misha holiday home is good for food. Hotel staff is good they arrange sightseeing cab which is quite cheeper and guide is very good in nature. More

This stay wasn't really that good,. Though the hotel was near to munnar market but it was in a pretty conjusted location with a govt school nearby and lot of noise around.
