We got enticed by the beautiful photos put up on the website. The exteriors are good with lovely gardens and bright paints. The interiors are horrible and literally offensive. Resort situated very far from main Munnar Town (40 minutes drive) . Terrible service. Just two guys manning the whole resort. Cook takes 2 hours to give room service order. Lack of hygiene with dampened walls & cats licking off the plates left outside the room. No electricity or food between 2-8 pm. More

The look and feel of the hotel was good. Rooms, beds and the bedsheets are not cleanly maintained.
