This hotel is located right in center of the city very near to the lake....Budget efficient..simple and clean......Hotel reception was decent ..No trouble staying in it.....Booked for 3 days and oneday visit to south goa..one day visit to north goa.....

Good value for money - central location, simple and clean rooms with air conditioning and private ensuites. Very obliging and helpful staff, with lots of advice to offer about places in and around Goa. No wifi, however (no big deal) and breakfast doesn't really happen anywhere in Panaji before 8:30am - although this isn't the hotel's fault.

The place is Reasonably priced, simple & clean. Location is very good. Rooms are very large.we stayed for one night before heading to Hampi.
