I stayed at Rainforest lodge twice in the last month. The resort is very well located (10min drive from Kakum park and 30 min drive from Cape Coast) Its a great stop while you are visiting the rainforest area. Rooms are very nice and updated. Grounds and paths are meticulous. Pool should be cleaned better, and be more inviting. Service staff were excellent although there was some confusion over the rooms requiring some shuffling and exchanging. Food was exceptional, lots to drink but no red wine??? very strange.

I recently stayed at the Rainforest Lodge while travelling in Ghana as part of a group of birdwatchers. I cannot comment on the Lodge's vfm as our tour was all inclusive. In every other respect it was an excellent choice. My room was large and clean, with fan and air con, and the bathroom was fitted to a high standard.... More
