The place was not worth for the money. The staff was very unprofessional! They dared to take things out our room without asking, or informing us! We payed more than the realistic price that was in the moment and they weren't interested in offering us something , like using the spa for that amount of money.

I wanted to clarify my last review. As I said the issue was indeed with Hotels.com and NOT The Aurora Resort. It's too long to go into here but basically Hotels.com confirmed by booking when they never should have - disgraceful. Winter is coming and the first association of a perfect winter holiday is Aurora Resort and Spa. The facilities and service are great and the landscape UNFORGETTABLE. The warm, perfectly clean and cozy rooms in combination with the attentive staff is a sure guarantee of an amazing holiday. I warmly recommend :)
