All the other reviews seem positive. I just want to agree. Andrea keeps this place immaculate.Great location. I'll definately stay here again. Nice breakfast ......... all in all tremendous value. Very safe and secure.

Very comfortable and homey B and B. Andrea is the owner and operator and is attentive to every need. Very knowledgeable and ready to advise and assist. Noisy as are most locations in Guayaquil, great price and nice breakfast. Would stay there again. Option of private bath or shared. Private is higher in price.
