“Before or after long flight”

Very close to the airport with a courtesy coach to and from. We paid $128 for the room, $178 including breakfasts and beer by the Jacuzzi. The staff were great in every way. The facilities were excellent. The jacuzzi lacked a few bubbles but we still give 5 stars as he the staff were exceptionally exceptional. Everything you would expect... More

1 night post-Galapagos stay, plus to view my former school and residence. The gratis shuttle bus was immediately available and concierge very accomodating (as I had seriously injured my knee in the Galapagos). We stayed only one night before going to the Galapagos and it was a nice stay. This hotel is close to the airport, it is very clean and has wi-fi. Service sucks. breakfast is terrible. Rooms are old and seems uncleaned. hotel personnel just walks into the room, without even knocking the door. Almost got me naked. Smoke alarm triggered at 1:00am for no reason.

staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and big, internet is free...and the breakfast buffet is fabulous. What more do you need for an overnight in Guayaquil? Have been staying here as needed for about 2 years and keep coming back!

We were told that breakfast was included in the fee, we were charged $50.00 for 2 days of breakfast. “staff problems, unimpressive restaurant”
