I stayed at this hotel over a month on business under there new mangement the customer service is great with a staff of happy helpful employee's . Nice cleans rooms with a view of park and the cathedral . located in a best part of downtown a few blocks away malecon . Ron from Los Angeles

Hotel is centrally located adjacent to the Cathedral and the Parque Seminario with its resident iguanas, and only three blocks from the Malecon. Room facilities perfectly adequate and functional, and typical breakfast included in the very reasonable price. Staff helpful and efficient. Lift was being repaired at time of arrival but security guard was happy to assist with luggage.
