The lodge is fine. Staff is friendly.... but we, and half of our group, became very sit of the food we eat. Even back home we 'enjoyed' two more weeks this bacterial infection and diarrhea....

I can highly recommend the Jamu lodge as a place to stay in the Amazon basin. The staff are friendly, the rooms are basic but clean and the trips are well organised. the private rooms with hot water do not have hot water often.
