Returned to Hotel Istra 15th May 2012 after having fantastic week there in Sept last year. Booked with Thompsons Platinum and assumed ( like 39 other British guests) that we would get a room with sea view. Just got back from a fantastic 10 day stay at the hotel with my fiancée. Thought that the food was good with a nice variety. Room was clean and comfortable and all that we needed. Staff were pleasant and we can not speak highly enough of our Thomson tour rep Ornela. Cannot wait to go back!!!

beautiful setting on idyllic island we hardly saw our son who went off with his friends the food was not perfect we would have preferred to eat out at night in Rovinj the room was spacious and the veiw was breath taking. the boat took us over in15 minuets and the service was regular and always on time.
