From your window sea is 5 meters away. And the boat is 25. Location is unbeatable. The only bar that seems to draw crowds is next to the hotel. Good restaurant downstairs. The only drawback is small rooms. Walk to zlatni rat is 15 minutes. Definitely Recommend for short stays. Longer stays may require a bit more ammenlties.
