“Misleading advertising, don't trust them!”

We booked four nights with booking.com, paying premium prices for a Grand Superior Apartment. Got here to find that the air conditioning doesn't work (it is 40 degrees outside), there is no safe, there are no flat screen TVs, no tea/coffee making facilities - and the apartment looks nothing like the photos they advertised it as. “An oasis of calm elegance”

Do not come to Krk the way we did – without a reservation on an August weekend, and with a dog. Silly ex-patriates expecting a rustic uncrowded island, and by-passing more northerly towns thinking we’d find fewer tourists in Baska, we were totally unprepared for the teaming humanity occupying every spot on the three-meter wide beach. “Sleeping above supermarket”

The rooms/apartments are situated above the biggest supermarket (Konzum) in Baska and if you book the so called park/church view rooms, it would mean you overlook the main crossroad where all the delivery trucks for the supermarket arrive from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm. We couldn't use our terrace at all!!!

“Relax in center, Baska”

I booked an apartment for four people, "Grand superior apartment". Villa Adria is very well situated, close to beach and restaurants, the interior is newly renovated with flat-TV , the rooms each have air conditioning, cleaning every day, great terrace and was very good staff.
