Large hotel, clean rooms, restaurants on premises. We stayed here for the Crawfish Festival and paid for a package deal (hotel, parking, and festival tickets). Great service, and it's within walking distance from the Festival and the BJCC. I would recommend.

This hotel was a sponsored hotel for the race. Everything was great. Wish the parking was included in the rates, though. Some construction going on, so I expect to see some upgrades next time.

We took a girls trip to go to a craft show that was connected to this hotel. It was VERY clean, nicely decorated, and the bed was amazing. The staff could have been more professional. I felt a little scared for my safety at times but overall the hotel itself was great.

Had some issues at the hotel but a friendly manager name Juan Bass helped solve the situation. Great customer service!

Unless you're there for an event at the adjacent convention center, this hotel is not the place to stay.
