I had stayed here a few months ago and after receiving a nice note from the manager I thought I would try again. When I arrived in the room the Hotel did not have the HHonors Snacks in the room like they were supposed to be. The water was not in the room and I was asked by the front... More

I always stayed at the Hilton in Perimeter Park, buti wanted to give a second chance to the Embassy Suites, my first stayed few years ago was not pleasant. This time was the same, outdated furniture, even they put me at the highest floor, the eight floor. I founded two dead roaches on the bathroom floor. Will go back to... More

Arrived late on a business trip. The restaurant closes promptly at 11pm and there is no late-night room service or sundry store. Check-in was efficient and I was up to my large room in 10 minutes. My room was an executive suite and featured a large living area and dining room, as well as a separate bedroom with en suite... More

My son and I stayed here for a few nights in early April. He was having a procedure done at UAB Hospital and this hotel is very close to there. The excellent customer service started the moment I arrived at the airport. I called for the hotel shuttle and within 10 minutes the driver showed up. He was very pleasant... More

I have relatives in Birmingham and when I visit, I am never disappointed by the Embassy Suites. Reasonable priced for a family of four. Two kids can share the pull out sofa and there are separate TVs. The included breakfast is quite a value. Rooms are clean. Towels are large, pillows are soft, and bed is comfortable. This hotel is... After reading some of the reviews for this property, was not sure what to expect. But the hotel is wonderful and I could not find one complaint. Location is great, convenient to Five Points, Homewood, Zoo, Vulcan Statue, Lakeshore Drive. Rooms are very clean and the front desk staff was gracious. Wish all hotels were like this one.

I was very happy with the room but thought the layout was flawed - the bathroom is in the bedroom, so if you have someone sleeping on the pullout it's a little inconvenient. The cocktail hour and breakfast were super crowded - so much so that we went to Ruth's Chris in the lobby for cocktails and left for breakfast.

Our team was assigned to stay at this hotel for a tournament this past weekend. For a hotel to agree to host a team, you would think that they would make an attempt to accomodate the team to ensure a pleasant stay. Such was not the case. Upon arrival we were greeted with a letter stating what the childrens behavior... More

We stayed here this weekend with our soccer team who were playing in a soccer tournament. We booked through Anthony travel because the tournament forced us to. This is the hotel they choose for us. Many of the rooms had mold issues and since several of our players have allergies, it was horrible for them. The pool was closed early... More

My husband, adult daughter and I traveled to Birmingham to see "Wicked" at the BJCC Concert Hall so we wanted a downtown hotel. We also wanted a 2-bedroom suite so my daughter could have her own bed and bathroom, so that narrowed our hotel choices significantly. This is probably the oldest Embassy Suites we have ever stayed in, but for... More
