My boyfriend and I were on our way down to FL and we needed a place to stay for the night. It was late, so we didn't have high expectations but we found this Motel 6. We paid $60 for one night. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke and the room was not clean. I am pretty sure there... More

The flat and fitted sheets were dirty/stained. The shower obviously had not been cleaned, since there was hair all over the tub and shower walls. Their "cable" TV operated like analog TV: fuzzy, snowy pictures.

We were originally booked at one about thirty minutes drive from this one. However, that one was overbooked and the manager directed us to this one. In comparison, this one was a lot better and in a much better location. The manager at this one was really nice and things turned out very well. The rooms were clean and comfortable.... More

My husband and I stayed here on our way down to Florida. It was a short stay, considering we got in around 9pm and left around 8am. Like any budget hotel, there's not a whole lot to the place. Didn't mind having a King-sized bed, though the matress was pretty stiff. The towels are that mildly scratching kind - so... More

This is for a stay on Feb. 25, 2008. Typical of most motel 6, this was the closest to Birmingham city. Price was very reasonable. Front desk was very accommodating when I checked in early. Furnishing is basic, but adequate. A little close to the expressway, but noise is minimal when air conditioning is working. There are several restaurants within... More
