Last week (May 16- May 20) my husband and I stayed at this hotel on business. We found this hotel to above standard in appearance, comfort and customer service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a great place to stay while visiting the Birmingham/Hoover, Alabama location.

I stay at this hotel once or twice each year for work. It is really getting run down, like duct tape over carpet seams and chipped floor tiles. The customer service was much better this stay compared to my last stay. The location is good with mall access. I would stay someplace else until this place gets an update.
