Jingan Peony Plaza is quite nice hotel in Luoyang. Rooms are not very spacy but are nice and have comfortable beds. Bathrooms are equipped with towels and hairdryer. Air condition works good but could be more silent. At the top of hotel there is a restaurant serving tasty breakfasts and dinners. They also have free Wi-Fi in the reception area. More

The staff at the Peony Plaza Hotel are among the most helpful and friendly you'll ever meet. The rooms are so-so, but the hotel restaurant is excellent and the staff more than makes up for anything. Highly recommended. More
