The location is great, just a minute from the center of town but really quiet at night. The service was good and they were acomodating of our tour schedule. Like everything else in town a bit overpriced. I would recomend it.

I booked a package tour through a travel agency in Santiago and was a little weary after being assinged Hotel Tulor, which wasn't even on their list of choices. Getting a room next to the hotel entrance didn't help. However, our stay turned out to be remarkably pleasant.
The room: Good size, space for luggage, nicely decorated, clean. Considering we...

pleasant and comfortable surroundings; nice sized rooms; bathroom sink lighting awful. breakfast sparse, limited and unremarkable.
Tulor is silent and clean. Pool, however, is not very clean. Reception is extremely friendly, with well prepared employees. Breakfast is sad. No charm.
Nice hotel, very clean, staff were great at our requests, meals were just delicious. Good breakfast. It is located very close to San Pedro´s main street, but in a very quiet area. Comfortable rooms, very silent at night. Tours and expeditions are very easily arranged by the hotel´s staff.
Stayed at Hotel Tulor with my husband, sister and my parents. We stayed in two of the individual bungalow style rooms. Each room was a round building down a boardwalk. Our room had a queen bed and a twin, with ample space. The bathrooms were small but very nice. Bring an alarm clock since there are no phones or clocks...

I've changed to the Tulor after spending one cold night in another hostel where I've been freezing despite of the heating. They offered me a room for 100$ a night (winter price?), which was not too bad for what they offer. San Pedro is quite overpriced anyway. The hotel was quiet and yet close to the centerand it has a...

I was not sure if I should give it one or two stars in the end I went with two - poor.
Besides arguments with the reception about check out times and check in times the rooms are not up to the USD 200.00 per night price we paid for them. If we had paid USD 70.00 we would have...

On arrival full payment was demanded in advance. When we requested a receipt for this, we were told to wait until ten o'clock that evening (some hours later). Our room was 190 US dollars per night, but had no running water on arrival. This was corrected later in the evening. Having driven from San Antonio de los Cobres in Argentina,...

We stayed 3 nights at this sweet hotel and loved it. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was modern with good amenities.
There was not tv or telephone in the room which was a nice change as it kept it in sync with the quiet desert atmosphere of this oasis town. The reception staff were very friendly...
