The hotel is very chic and nice, lovely location, friendly staff, very clean, attention to details. The view from the rooms is fabulous, either to the sea or to the church. The hotel seems a bit off the crowds, yet in the middle of everything. Bad experience with the restaurant too, rude waiter, no bill, overcharged double the price, so... More

This hotel had all the facilities we expected, with a view over the ruins of St Stefans church. It was a perfect location, very close to the old amphitheatre where there was a folklore festival taking place, and very quiet thanks to the lack of vehicles. When we asked about places to eat, the receptionist noted that the Restaurant St.... More

I love this place. Just on the edge of the hustle and busle of the centre of Old Nessebar. It is wonderfull to watch the world go by from your ballcony. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Parking is close by, on the harbour and the views are great. You can spend a few days (or more) not having to... More

However the location of the terrace is one of the best in the Old Town and the meal was not bad, the "tricky" waiter (one of the brothers) really upset me by "forgetting" to print the bill and telling a number by heart to extremly overcharge it. At the end, he even tried to pretend that he is disgusted by... More

somebody drank the wine from our fridge and the recepcionist sad that we have to pay it, they didn't want to check it and they sad we are laying. There was no tolilet paper in the rooms and we have to ask it every day. Check the minibar every day if you don't want to pay the cleaning women's party! More
