Dont understand the bad reviews. Staff were not amazingly friendly but they were not rude. The rooms were huge and clean. The pool and pool bar were great and the price for the stay was extremely cheap.

The hotel exceeded my expectations (based on the negative reviews I read before hands). It was warm (25-26oC) and clean. After reading the reviews I wasn't sure what to expect.. However i was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean modern and very accommodating. Would go there again! I feel the other reviews are not just in their descriptions. Would recommend it.

First of all staff were very rude, arrogant and unhelpful, didn't understand English which is fair enough but when you use universal sign language and still get ignored its just rude!
