LOCATION OF IT IS GREAT You can expect; * Out of date drinks * Dust * Dirt * Mould in bathroom * Damaged electrical equipment * Rubbish on corridor floor * Wet floor without a sign( you will notice it when you slipped) * Rude manager and greedy staff * Plenty additional charges * Importunate locals

Went snowboarding at the Borovets in January 2012 with hubby. Didn't stay at the Ice Angels but we found ourselves frequenting either the lobby cafe or the kiosk outside. Had a great time in Borovets, helped by the wonderful snow conditions. The Ice Angels was a great place to stay, right on the slopes, with friendly service efficient ski hire shop in the building and tasty wholesome food. Would definitely go back, the only worry would be being let down by the snow!
