Sao Paulo is a extremely expensive city, specially for brazilians, a US$150,00 for a hotel night is the same as you pay in Manhatan. “NICE CLEAN GOOD AREA”

Nice , clean good hotel. Very well suited for business. Good internet connection (only problem was being able to connect simultaneously both with Iphone and lap top... hotel system didnt allow).Good location in arelatively less busy area of Sao Paulo.Great unexpensive places to eat nearby.Good option for business travel if your meetings are nearby.

If you will be working in the area and are able to get a good rate, it might be worth giving it a try -otherwise, there's just no point in going there. The hotel is located on the Av. Ibirapuera which is a very busy road. Windows screens are not double glazed so I could hear the traffic starting up at 4 in the morning. Generally clean and rooms are quite big but don't ask for the Laundry service...it will take between 3 and 4 days to get your clothes back.... Reataurant... More

Given the price, one cannot wait for too much. this is a hotel to visit if you have long meetigns and low expectations in terms of food and comfort.
