The hotel has a very professional and helpful staff, and amazing rooms. The rooms are large with walk in closets, and an amazing attention to details even with hotel brand Brazilian flip flops. The shower is great and the towels of very good quality. The room is very quiet and the included breakfast very good.

We went to this hotel several times. Some very friendly staff, good location in Itaim, but has a lot of noise in the rooms. Choose the rooms facing backwards, if you prefer silence. The pool is nothing inviting. It has good restaurants nearby. But the hotel has many flaws and mistakes, never come back. A pity.

Had a terrible experience with this hotel and have found out they have a pattern of deceiving customers in the reservation process since they split away from the other George V in Alto Pinheiros (which is a wonderful hotel by the way) in a way that leads to multiple charges...don't trust them!!
