This hotel is great, the rooms are exellents and it has great water pressure, the gym is excellent, the only issue I had was I ask for an early morning check in and I had to wait about two hrs to check in. Staff was nice about it but after an all night flight it was not a great experience

I had an issue with this hotel, I booked a few rooms on the wrong night (using hotel chain points) and we went to the hotel the day after, not knowing of this mistake. They told us that it was booked for the night before, and they had no rooms left at all for that night. Ok, that is life....
