“Deeply disappointing for an otherwise reliable brand”

I was in town for a tradeshow in the adjacent convention center. We were essentially hostages. The room fees are exhorbitant, the breakfast cost/quality ratio is dreadful, 3 of the 5 elevators were out of service. I have stayed in Other Holiday Inn. But, this hotel room are very small and service is normal. No one knows English except Reception. Difficult to get the service :-( Since, it is very near to the huge conference call and most of the time, the hotel is crowded with lot of people.
