Stayed on the 15th floor with a great view of the river and city beyond. The room was massive, and the toiletries really stood out, featuring a local Paulista brand of soap/shampoo/conditioner. The shower was also amazing. Housekeeping was highly efficient but was never seen or heard, and everything was in perfect running condition.

As they are the only SPG property in Sao Paulo they pretty much are able to charge what they like. They are a very expensive hotel but the service is very good and they have great facilities.

Not a bad hotel but Considering the size it has only a small bar that seems to be mainly a restaurant. This was my second trip to Sao Paulo and I would go back to the Hilton if I needed to be near the WTC.
