“Pricey but you get what you pay for in São Paulo”

The hotel is a good representative of the Hilton brand, but definitely at the extreme end of the price range for a standard king room. The location is good, but getting anywhere in São Paulo is a challenge, where a 5 km trip can take 1 hour due to traffic. Good security, very helpful and caring staff.

Probably the best hotel we've ever stayed at. We had one night here in December, and were treated very well as HHonors gold members. Well-located for this area of Sao Paulo, it is good for business travel, though at times ridiculously expensive. Staff in the Executive Lounge are very professional and courteous - but I don't always pay for the privilege. Excellent hotel to a high standard, clean and bright throughout. Rooms and bathroom superb, with a little work area and desk for laptop. Slightly let down by charging extra for wireless internet and gym/pool use. Otherwise highly recommended.

“Great property, but rates were out of line”

This is a terrific property, but for a rate that exceeded $500 USD I would expect complimentary drinking water - and access to the executive floor. None of that occurred, but in the hotel's defense I didn't request it. Wanted to see how they would act on their own. I am Marriott Platinum and used to better service.
