expensive, bad service, rooms are dirty, bed is horrible, run down, carpets stained, wall paper coming out of from the walls, bad food, wouldn't go there again if they paid me to stay there also, the breakfast was really bad for brazilian standards, no toaster.... safety box wasn't working, took them 2 hours to fix it.....

I was brought to this place through a conference from work, and it was a poor experience. I have never written a review on tripadvisor.com, but my poor experience at this hotel has prompted me to do so. I was placed in a room that did not have a proper functioning air conditioner. I took a shower, unpacked my bags,... More

Honestly, I was quite underwhelmed by this hotel, it's not at all as advertised. I was traveling on business and reserved a room with a queen bed to ensure a quality night's sleep after a long redeye flight. I took special note of the line on the website about an iron available on request, as it was important to press... More

This was an excellent location, only 5 mins walk from the Avenida Paulista, and plenty of good restaurants close by. So from a value point of view I think this is a good choice and the staff were very friendly. If the purpose of your trip is pleasure I would be happy to stay here, if it is for business... More

Great location for shopping, front desk staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast is perfectly adequate. The bedroom we had was lovely, very big, clean and just like the images on the website. Would definitely stay here again, most importantly it is very reasonably priced in a very expensive City.

The Golden Tulip Park Plaza is extremely well located for those on business in Sao Paulo. It's situated near the financial district with public transport and taxis available in the area. Lots of restaurants, bars and banks in the area. ATMs are easily found should you need to get some cash. The hotel room was clean, spacious and had a... More

I came back to the Golden Tulip Park Plaza on Alameda Lorena after two years. The hotel starts to look a bit aged. Bathrooms are tiny and could use an facelift. Service is good and curteous with English and German speaking front desk staff which is very helpfull at all times. Sao Paulo is an expensive city - no doubt.... More

I agree with other reviews here that the hotel is getting on a bit and the room quality is nothing to write home about. But in all honesty, I think it's one of the more reasonably priced hotels in the Jardim neighbourhood and you get what you pay for. I thought the room I had was a a really decent... More

The Park Plaza at Alameda Lorena used to be a hotel in the solid middle class for busy business travellers. I know the place for over 15 years. Lately however, the establishment seems to be stressed and service has suffered accordingly. Rooms are sparse but are still functional for the average road warrior on a tight budget. Bathrooms are outdated... More

Awful beds with cheap linens and pillows. The blanket looks like a skinned dog! Dirty, old bathrooms and worn carpet. Very Very noisy as you can here the toilet flush and can hear when someone starts the water for a shower. The lobby is nice and you think that it's a nice hotel until you get to the room. Very friendly... More
