This is a below average Mercure. Unless you need to be around its accessibility is difficult. It does not have 24 hour room service and restaurant is very below a Mercure average. Surroundings are odd and wouldn't recommend walking alone late at night. Rooms are quite big but noisy with old AC units attached to the wall.
