“worst ever”

every type of problem imaginable, plus horrible service, food, etc, worst than staying at a road side motel. overpriced, and badly managed, needs better beds, ac, etc only good thing is the location

Good breakfast, nice room wi-fi awailable free of charge.The only complain that i could rise it's the qualità of the bed mattres, a little bit to' soft but accettable and the bathroom dimension but for one person it's ok

Stayed here three times and I am afraid I must issue a warning: they tried to charge extra every single time. “Front Office & Reservations Managers Are Liars & Racists”

I was a guest at this hotel for several months, and repeated caught "Nedia" the Front Desk Manager and reservations staff in repeated lies about availability of rooms. “Bathroom no good”

Bathroom is outdated, walls seem dirty/moldy . Toiletry products offered are few and very poor quality. There is no bathrobe. Lobby very small and busy. Elevators and check-in counter are facing each other just 5 feet away. Restaurant has excellent service !

Rooms are on the small side for a Mercure hotel, bur the price is right. Airplane noise can be heard through closed windows (Congonhas airport is nearby - R$20,00 taxi ride to and from the hotel). Hotel is well located in a safe neighborhood.
