A comfortable bedrooms, good localization and good services, made a good choice for me and my family when I travel for business or leisure. Near Morumbi Shopping, Shopping Cidade Jardim and American Consulate, it is a good option if you need to stay in Morumbi area.

Fast internet connection, free access to computer in lobby, nice pool area, nice gaming facilities for kids all ages, fitness room was good, friendly staff.

Hotel looks fairly new, very clean and very good service. Typical Novotel furniture (standard around the world) but exactly what one needs. Bathroom somewhat tight. If only the weather would have cooperated, one could have enjoyed the nice pool.

There is no water heater in room as common novotel I stay. Variety of breakfast menu is less. Need to add variety of menu fro breakfast. Hotel Staff not friendly, They should be more friendly to hotel guest at least just smiling.
