Hotel very near to exhibition center Norte and not far from international airport. But the taxis at the hotel will ask you twice the price to reach airport. For business meeting on Center Norte Expocenter this hotel is the best option. However it still need improvement in the room cleanness, environment ( air conditioning was not working ) and a awful bed.

Rooms was large and comfortable and the food surprisingly good, breakfast has everything you could want, wedges of fruit, scrambled egg, meats, cheeses and loads more although they don't seem to really do tea in Brazil (bring your own bags), these are the positives. One of the worst hotels I stayed in in a long time. Very bad service. Completely overpriced. Level of English, sub standard. The internet was terrible. Every other hour a new code had to be obtained. I have no intention in staying at this hotel again.

The Hotel has a great lobby and large rooms. The shower head is fantastic as is the hot water pressure. Bed quality is just OK, a softer bed would have been nicer. The sheets were clean and changed only if you indicated so. The bathrooms was not always cleaned by the staff. Sometimes it would be days before the shower... More
