It WAS a great hotel, famous to be a place where basketball and soccer teams usually choose to stay in São Paulo matches. But now it is completely out of time. When you see the hotel from the street you understand what I mean: it WAS white, but now the walls outside are dirty, in a perfect grey color. Small... More

The strongest point is the location. This hotel is very close to Ibirapuera Park and Congonhas Airport. The street where this hotel is located is very calm. The building is old and deserves a refurbishment. You can hear some disturbing noises inside the room. Considering the price, I would say this is a bit expensive.

Altough the hotel is nearby the Ibirapuera Park, it´s not close to the business zones. Really small rooms, regular linen, regular beds, paid breakfast (R$ 31,00) and other reasons make you feel as if you were in an Ibis, the "poor cousin" of Accor.

The service in this hotel is terrible. We booked a City Break’sPackage : City Breaks offer includes accommodation for two nights at least, including breakfast and the option of late check-out until 17h on Sundays upon request on arrival at the hotel. So arriving there the receptionist told me I was mistake , because it never exist.. after almost 40... More

I really like this hotel. It is next door to the park so I can go running every day. This is normally tough to do in Sao Paulo. I would stay here every time. But the hotel is older, rooms are tiny, has not been redone recently, and should be reclassified as an Ibis. It really does not meet the... More

Iam frequently (10 nights per months) traveling around the world. Novotel is usually equal to quality and no bad surprise. This one : from Novotel it has just the expensive price. Windows are of a such low quality for an hotel so close to the noisy street ! Breakfast :It is not a Novotel, maybe not even a bad Ibis.... More

This is the worst Novotel i have ever stayed in and would not recommend or stay here again. The door handle fell off in my room and I was stuck inside for 20 mins unable to reach reception by phone. I was told later for reception you phone 9 but no where in the room was that information. The bathroom... More

This place is literally on the freeway and bloody noisy. It gets worse when it rains. The windows don't help at all so if your accustomed to sleeping with noise then this your place. It may be located in the city but nothing is walking distance. The park may be located close by but good luck trying to cross the... More

I have stayed in other hotels of this brand, and I was disappointed about the quality of the rooms in this one. The hotel staff and the restaurants are very good. The rooms are old, they need to be reformed in order to meet the the quality expected for a Novotel. The avenue in front of the hotel is a... More
