“Attached to the metro station but unfriendly and misinformed staff”

I was there in 2/2009 visiting my girlfriend [who lives in Sao Paulo]. I picked this Best Western because here in America, Best Western [the last I remembered unless they've changed] was considered 1 of the best hotels around.
