“Very good hotel”

Great service. Very clean. Very friendly employees. Good restaurant. Very good room with microwave, refrigerator, safe, 32 LED TV, etc. Good price. I really recommend, especially for business travelers. Very good Internet wireless.

Dear Emerson, Manager Mercure Convention Bureau Florianopolis I stayed on room 1002 on jan 10th-15th. Some suggestions as I already talked to you. Need more security. I was working at 4am in the lobby and there was no security guard. I was very affraid when come a person with the hand in the pocket walking quickly to the front desk.... More
