Got there without reservation (both IBIS were full). There was room available. It was clean, but the room was smeling smoking. The Bathroom wasn´t very cozy, but clean and funcional. R$ 115,00 + 7,00 breakfast. I don´t know about parking. It was a cold night but the air conditioning is a heater as well and worked fine. Very noise. I... More

This small, spotless hotel is right in downtown Porto Alegre--which is noisy and full of people until about 8 PM. When I stayed many of the rooms were being updated.
