Excellent location, near to subway, restaurants and beach. Compared to other hotels room and breakfast to my opinion is below normal. Probably a reformation would be good. Front desk is ok. My room telephone still waiting someone to fix it.

The front desk were normally very helpful the rooms were clean the bathroom was clean our maid used to fold all our clothing for us if we left it in a mess, she would tidy everything up. The majority of the front desk staff was pleasant but not all. Linen needs upgrading. Bartender and breakfast staff were nice. Mattress was comfortable. Ample hot water in bathroom. I stayed on at least two occasions.

This restaurant is in a solid location. Obviously, there's much to do in Rio and this puts you relatively close to the beach. The staff is nice and helpful.
