A modest hotel in a reasonably convenient location. The staff were certainly not enthusiastic and you had to pay for Wi-Fi. OK for a short stay but not a memorable experience. The rooms are smallish and have no tea or coffee making facilities - but I believe this is common in South America.

The rooms are clean, the hotel is conveniently located to Copacabana beach, just 2 blocks back. The breakfast does the job. We never ate in the restaurant as we were too busy going out every evening to restaurants and bars. If you want somewhere that is clean safe and resonably priced then this is a good place.
