Don't stay in this hotel if you want peace. The air conditioning, poor sealant around the patio doors and the outside noise all contribute to a cacophony of disturbance. Location great for the beach and buses though and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast one of the best we had on our tour if South America.

I stayed at this hotel from March 22nd until the 26th 2013. Good location! everything within walking distance, tons of bars and restaurants around, the bus stop to the different sites is just a block or 2 away. Picked the Windsor based on other reviews, First impression is a lovely small, well located hotel. This was perfect until you realize there is a major renovation going on. Stayed here for four nights in February Nice Hotel with friendly staff. Room on the twelfth floor was a good size, comfortable and with a great shower. The staff really made this place. They were most helpful and their suggested trips were better value than those offered by the tour companies. It is near the beach and shopping areas. Just be careful when going out at night.
