Basic, safe and clean, Good option for long stays as it has a basic kitchen (without microwave). Good location, near metro, supermarket and etc (Copacabana Street), not so close to the beach (about 10 min walking). Cleaness everyday. Price is ok for expansive Rio's budget.

location is good, neighborhood is safe, reception have nice people. stayed on carnival time for 11 days. but overall its too expensive for what you get. 1 room has aircon the other ine doesnt- its too hot in the other one. cleaning every day, comfy kitchen. wifi works in the room.

This is the 2nd time I go to Rio and the 2nd time I stay in the Jucati Building. It has an excellent location close to the subway and to the copacabana beach. It is so relaxed to have your "own" appartment in Rio / Copacabana. Perfect location, just 5 blocks away from Copacabana boulevard. The rooms/appartments are clean. All you need is there... 2 blocks away from the metro stration with a good connection to sugarloaf mountain and downtown Rio.
