“A welcome relief from the misery of Paraty”

This pousada is located outside the city centre, which is absolutely key if you're going to survive Paraty. The breakfast is great, the owners truly are wonderful / welcoming / generous, and the pool area is a great escape and it's very clean. Points to note, however are (1) very noisy air con in the bedrooms (2) as the pousada... More

We had a wonderful stay at Aguas de Parati. The pousada feels more like a small resort, with a spacious facility on a quiet river, with a nice pool and delicious breakfast. It is family run, and the owner and his sister make every effort to make guests feel at home. We had a toddler who was given extra attention... More
