Rosa Cafe was an absolute delight. Breakfast is lovingly prepared each morning by the owner Heliane. The homemade cake is a must try. The rooms are modern, with beautiful furnishings and very comfortable. Rosa Cafe is a great place to stay in Paraty. Very clean, offers a quiet and peaceful time to chill out. It's located in a new neighborhood in Paraty, but close (kind of 5 minutes by car) to the historic center. With a kind staff, I recommend this hotel to all!

We stayed at Pousada Rosa Cafe for the Cachaca festival in Paraty. The entire town was full and Rosa Cafe was a great escape from the chaos. Pousada Rosa Café is a super place to stay. It's a mile out of town so may be better if you have a car. The owners couldn't be more helpful, answering all my questions and offering lots of local advice. Excellent breakfast, clean rooms and even a small pool if it gets too hot.
