The only negative comment I can say about this hotel is its location. It is a short drive out of town but a 20 mins (or so ) drive to the falls. Apart from that, the staff are friendly and helpful, the room was a good size and clean.

very commercial hote, with overpriced services (internet, massages,...). The location is the worst part, hence the service, not of good quality, are not enough (mediocre restaurant and breakfast). Would look for something better, especially for the food. The room itself is not bad, the personnel a bit rude in my view.

The hotel is good, although not great --not what I'd expect for a 4-star hotel. The building has a seventies look, but everything is well maintained and clean.
