Located in a really good place, close to everything. You have to consider that in Ouro Preto you must to walk a lot and that location help. The hotel is very good overall. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast (included) is fine. Better for families.

The hotel is well located next to the St Francis church. However, standard rooms have sloping ceilings, NO windows, just openings in the roof letting in some light. Add to this street noise, and you will never go there again.

We spent 4 nights here during Carnival and were disappointed in the hotel. It had multiple small steps which were not visible at night and very dangerous. This hotel is something of a paradox. It is very clean, charmingly handsome and beautifully furnished. You have to climb many steps to get to it and more steps inside to get to many of the rooms.
