Good location downtown, but that is about all this hotel has going for it. Over priced, rather tired looking rooms, expensive wifi and the food very average. The rooms all face on to the main road, so even on the 20th floor, it was very noisy day and night.

The hotel isn't fancy but the location and large-sized rooms are perfect for dropping your bags and seeing the city. It is next door to the awesome Sunday morning market and across the street from the municipal park. The front desk staff speak English and are very helpful. There is a complete breakfast buffet with something for everyone.

I don't know if all the rooms are the same size, but mine was huge. The hotel is old. It's 70's style. It feels like you're in a James Bond movie.
