The hotel was pricey for American standards but after multiple stays at several different hotels in the area I feel this is the best hotel in Brasilia - the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast decent. Great location - one caveat, its proximity to the new soccer stadium means that when there are games, concerts or events happening you... More

Expensive hotel, as all in Brasilia, but good location. Big rooms, nice and clean. Internet wifi works properly. Breakfast is just excellent. If you are in Brasilia for 1 to 3 days, I recommend this hotel, where you can stay and relax.

Hotel cleanliness was excellent, staff very nice, the breakfast buffet and made to order items plentiful. The rooms were plain but clean and maintained. Internet connectivity was excellent. did not have any issues except user error in which case the nternet helpdesk provided quick assistance. Short walk across the street to the TV Tower and adjacent artesian vendors.

The Melia Brasil 21 is a good, solid work hotel populated with lots of government types. The place is a bit sterile and seemed to attract a working group when I was there (for work) The gym is a commercial gym attached to the hotel that you have access to and is a bit of a meat market. The breakfast... More

There are no really great hotels in Brasilia and this hotel has a good location in the centre of the city so it is probably one of the best. The rooms are not great. They need renovation. And the hotel feels quite simple for the money they charge. There are still some staff even in the reception who don´t speak... More

We are English speaking visitors but the staff was very accommodating, ingratiating and responsive. We found ways to communicate thanks to iPhone translation apps. Hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable. Fabulous buffet breakfast with top notch pastries and variety of foods to satisfy all international tastes. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I had previously stayed at Melia properties in Spain so was looking forward to the same level of service. On the whole the hotel is good, but there were two issues I found, one probably more significant that the other, though indicative. The wireless (wifi) was inconsistent and unreliable. There was a significant outage over an afternoon evening through to... More

The Melia 21 is rated the best hotel in Brasilia, but I can't see why. While a beautiful building with spacious comfortable rooms, the service is uneven. They do not have irons and ironing boards so our group of 40 people travelling on business had to share 5 irons that were shuttled inefficiently by the staff. All our room keys... More

Stayed at this hotel on a business trip in March for two nights. Generally an excellent hotel, with fantastic size rooms, well appointed with massive TV, minibar, safe, double shower, iPod docking station etc. Everything you would expect. One small niggle: no tea and coffee making facilities. Hotel is very very clean with large, modern public areas. My colleague and... More

Very well located, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, extremely well equipped and spacious apartment. Free & High Speed WiFi.
