We had a good experience with his hotel. Our reservation was lost when we checked in however they did find us a room. The rooms were clean and practical. Good views of Manaus. Just a few blocks from the Theatre. Breakfast was good. The gym and sauna were nice to have. We never used the pool, but it looked clean.... More

I chose this hotel because of its location in the old, historic centre of Manaus and I was very pleased to have done so. It is just a two minute walk to the Teatro Amazonas and its adjacent square with good restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and they speak good English. The breakfast was exellent... More

We arrived late at night and left promptly in the morning which was just as well because this is not a place to linger. The rooms were tired and drab. The breakfast was very ordinary. The staff did their best and were very helpful and obliging. They rustled me up some beers after a long day's journey which was very... More

Stayed in this hotel for two nights during a business trip. Originally booked a double room, and later had to confirm a third person in the room. I wrote to them several times, and so did booking.com, but they never replied. When we checked in the room was (miraculously) available for three, but they never confirmed a difference in price.... The location is the key to this hotel, but the service is quite good also. There is a pool and the bedrooms are big and confortable enough for a 4 star hotel. The shower is very good! More

We stayed this hotel one night before going to Amazon tour. Room was just comfortable. Clean, neat and decent. We had very pleasant stay. Breakfast was just nice. I saw the other guests in breakfast and seemed like most of them were business travelers. I think this hotel is good for people who is looking for safe and comfortable hotel... More

I stayed a couple days in this hotel, apparently one of the best picks in town judging from the other reviews. Great location to explore all the historical center by foot, which seemed relatively safe. I made the reservation by e-mail with Diego [-], and confirmed by phone a couple days before arriving [-]. Friendly and helpful staff, neat and... More

The hotel seemed a little dumpy when we checked in but it appeared to be clean so I figured it would be OK. The elevator appears to have been borrowed from an old soviet apartnment building and was barely large enough for 2 people. I awoke the first morning to find hundreds of little bugs swarming on the floor, the... More

Stayed here for four nights on a business trip. Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Breakfasts were standard continental but adequate. Had dinner one night in the restaurant and the meal was terrific. Only real criticism is the WIFI in the hotel, it would not work well at all in the room and I had to sit in the... More

There frankly are not a lot of decent hotel options in Manaus despite the city's size. This hotel, located just a few very short blocks from the main historic plaza and Teatro Amazonas where you can also find good food. It is a high-rise with clean quality rooms, a small swimming pool, a sauna (in this climate?) and free internet.... More
